 “Believing oneself to be superior to someone else, inwardly or outwardly (meaning just holding that belief or expressing it through one’s behaviour), to the extent that he looks down upon that person, is TakabburTakabbur is intentional, and giving up an intentional act also requires intention. Initially it is difficult to give up and behave in ways which are not symptomatic of Takabbur, but with sustained effort it becomes easier.”
